The projects at Geise Architects range from custom residential to low income housing; we emphasize bringing the qualities of dignity, comfort, community, and joy to even the most modest of residences. Much of our work has been focused on urban infill – both new and remodeled – in established Seattle neighborhoods, where we compliment existing conditions. Geise Architects provides full architectural services, from initial feasibility and programming through construction administration, as well as consulting services in planning, architectural and interior design for remodels, and new construction. We specialize in buildings that are sensitive to the contextual environment as well as recycling buildings for new uses and increased utility and life.
